By Richard Huxley, Certified Coach
We are living in a world where certainty feels rare. Plans change. Doors close without warning. Futures feel fragile. Uncertainty has a way of shaking our confidence—not because we lack faith, but because we try to control outcomes we were never meant to carry. Yet while circumstances may be unpredictable, our foundation does not have to be. The world offers probabilities and possibilities, but God offers promises. And promises change how we walk through the unknown.
Certainty does not mean knowing what will happen next—it means knowing Who walks with you into what’s next. When life feels unstable, God doesn’t remove every storm; He provides an anchor. His certainty steadies our steps, calms our hearts, and reminds us that even when the path is unclear, our purpose is not. You can move forward—not because everything makes sense, but because your trust is anchored in something unshakable.
Reflection
- Where am I being invited to trust God more deeply in this season?
- What clarity might come from allowing someone to walk with me through uncertainty?
Takeaway
Uncertainty may define the moment—but it does not define you. Face the unknown with confidence, not because you see the outcome, but because you trust the One who does.
Certainty isn’t found in answers. It’s found in faith.
